1 · License grant
LandBech Tech Solutions grants the workshop technician a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to operate the LandBech Tool™ software in strict accordance with the contracted subscription plan. The license is issued for instrumentation, hardware diagnostics and firmware optimization tasks within the Right-to-Repair framework. Title to the software is retained at all times by LandBech Tech Solutions.
2 · Permitted and prohibited use
The software is operated exclusively by the licensed technician on equipment for which the customer holds explicit and documented authorization. The following acts are expressly prohibited and constitute immediate cause of revocation:
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or any attempt to derive the source code.
- Mass redistribution, sublicensing, lending or resale of the software to third parties outside the partner program.
- Removal, alteration or concealment of trademarks, copyright notices or technical identifiers of the platform.
- Use in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions (OFAC or equivalent) or against equipment not authorized by its legitimate holder.
3 · Term and termination
The license remains in force for the duration of the contracted plan and terminates automatically upon expiration of the plan, breach of these clauses or revocation by the administrator. Termination of the license does not generate any right to refund of the processing credits already consumed; the corresponding workshop balance is settled against the operational ledger preserved by the platform.
4 · Liability
LandBech Tool™ is provided "as is". The technician is solely responsible for backing up the data of the equipment under intervention and for verifying the compatibility of the procedures executed. LandBech Tech Solutions does not assume liability for data loss, alteration of firmware, immobilization of the device or economic damages derived from misuse, third-party intervention or non-compliance with the protocols documented in the technical manual.
