Become a Reseller

Requirements and operating conditions for joining the LandBech Tool mass reseller program and wholesale distribution channel. The program is reserved for established workshops, technical training centers and regional distributors.

Program in pre-launch

The reseller program described below is in active design and is published as a reference for interested workshops. Tiers, discounts, API quotas and settlement methods are subject to final review by our legal and operations team before the first partner is onboarded. 1 · Eligibility Criteria

  • Active commercial registry or LLC equivalent (we verify against the public tax registry).
  • Minimum 12 months of demonstrable operation in mobile hardware repair, microelectronics service or training.
  • Physical address with photographic evidence of the workspace (anti-fraud).
  • Minimum monthly volume of 50 LandBech Tool license activations OR USD 1,500 in hardware purchases.
  • Compliance officer or legal representative as point of contact.

Tier is re-evaluated every 30 calendar days based on rolling volume. Drops in performance trigger automatic downgrade after a 60-day grace period.

3 · Programmatic Integration for Partners

Resellers approved at SILVER tier or above can request an integration kit to embed core workshop operations into their own internal tools. The integration is designed to cover, at a high level, the following operational areas:

  • Issuance of activation codes for end customers under the partner's workshop.
  • Submission of physical engineering instrumentation orders against the structured catalog.
  • Read-only access to the status and tracking of the partner's own orders.
  • Top-up of processing credits on behalf of an end customer.
  • Server-to-server notifications for order lifecycle events relevant to settlement and customer experience.

Specific endpoints, authentication scheme, signature method, quotas and SLA levels are defined inside the partner agreement and are delivered to the technical contact only after legal onboarding is completed. None of the items listed above constitute a public commitment until the partner agreement is signed.

4 · Commercial Conditions

  • Settlement in USD via SWIFT bank transfer or stablecoin (USDC) on the audited network of the customer.
  • Net 7 invoicing — no consigned merchandise.
  • Prohibited reselling to embargoed destinations or technicians without a verifiable workshop.
  • Use of the LandBech Tool trademark is licensed only for the marketing kit provided by the brand team.
  • Annual audit of the partner's commercial registry and tax compliance — non-compliance suspends the partner's program access.

5 · Application Process

  1. Send the legal documentation pack to revendedores@landbechtool.com (tax ID, commercial registry, photographic evidence and a brief operational profile).
  2. Compliance review (3–5 business days).
  3. Signing of the partner agreement (electronic signature).
  4. Technical onboarding and assignment of BRONZE tier.
