1 · Authorized Carriers
All physical orders are dispatched exclusively through authorized international air freight operators. We rely on DHL Express and FedEx International Priority as primary carriers, with UPS as a secondary regional fallback. We do NOT ship through informal couriers, parcel mules, or any non-traceable channel — this is a strict compliance requirement for our company and for the payment processors that audit our checkout.
| Carrier | Service level | Coverage | Tracking |
|---|---|---|---|
| DHL Express | Worldwide Priority | Global · 220+ countries | AWB 10 digits |
| FedEx | International Priority | Global · 215+ countries | TRK 12 digits |
| UPS | Worldwide Saver | Regional fallback | 1Z 18 chars |
2 · Mandatory Waybill Tracking
Every physical shipment is registered against a structured shipping manifest with the recipient's legal name, phone, address, city, state, postal code and country — these fields are mandatory at checkout. Without a complete manifest the order is not accepted by the platform.
Once dispatched, the carrier-generated tracking ID (DHL AWB / FedEx TRK / UPS 1Z code) is attached to the order and visible inside the customer's account so the technician can audit the route in real time. The same tracking ID is preserved alongside the payment record for chargeback defense and for the compliance reviews required by the certified payment processor.
3 · Customs, Duties & Local Taxes
Pricing displayed on the in-app catalog is FOB our distribution center. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or regulatory inspections imposed by the destination country.
- Commercial invoices are issued on the LandBech Tech Solutions tax ID and accompany every shipment.
- Restricted destinations (those subject to OFAC or equivalent sanctions) are blocked at checkout.
- Lithium-ion components are declared as UN3481/UN3091 according to IATA DGR; we do not bypass dangerous-goods rules.
- Items destroyed, seized or returned by customs do not generate automatic refunds; the case is reviewed manually with the carrier's incident file.
4 · Carrier Disclaimer
Once the package is handed over to the carrier and the AWB/TRK number is generated, the parcel is under the carrier's exclusive custody and the transport contract is subject to their international tariff (DHL Terms & Conditions of Carriage / FedEx Conditions of Contract / UPS Tariff). Delays caused by weather, security inspections, regulatory holds, force majeure or local strikes are NOT a basis for refund or order cancellation.
If the package is reported lost or damaged in transit, LandBech Tech Solutions opens a formal claim with the carrier on behalf of the customer using the manifest and tracking history. The claim is resolved against the carrier's contractual liability cap, not against the order's gross value.
